A collection of ceramic body armor chest binders, inspired by the joy and complexity I find in getting dressed and the ceramic lining of bullet proof vests. I reflect upon the expansiveness of transness, how it cannot be contained by the carceral system. The armor reclaims and reimagines the clothing donned by riot police as queer objects of protection.
